    Coached team members, product owners, and managers who were mostly new to Agile; introduced them to Scrum and some elements of Kanban & Lean; worked with them (and other parts of Telus) to identify and reduce/remove impediments
    Coordinated with other coaches and transformation team, to introduce & compare various techniques and practices
    Paired with a coach based in Vancouver; shared coaching tips & learnings, to help remote / distributed teams with Agile adoption

    Organiser & facilitator of the EPAM Canada Agile Community [ongoing]

    Short project to replace largely manual process with semi-automated workflow
    Worked closely with local business end-users and offshore (Ukraine) development team.
    Coaching was mostly for business team who had not worked with Agile dev teams before Introduced role of Product Owner; helped PO work with stakeholders to create product backlog, and to prioritise backlog items
    Helped PO manage backlog changes, clarifying impact of scope changes, focus on most valuable items given short timeline
    Engaged in offshore team retrospectives and facilitated joint retrospectives with dev team and PO

    Developed assessment tool; interviewed team members, PM and senior managers; recommended next steps for organisational change
