After an aborted contract as a Scrum Master with a local company, a friend pointed me at a blog post by Vikas Hazrati entitled “Do you follow Agile? You are fired!

I’ve had this site default to showing a static page (my “about me” page) for a while now, but it’s time to get this blog going again – it’s time I started writing about my experiences with companies trying (and sometimes not trying) to adopt Agile.
